Polina Paulovich
Architect, artist & entrepreneur.Based in Marbella, on the Costa del Sol.
My path into property began long before RS Agency — with architecture. It taught me to see not only what a space is today, but what it could become.
Later came entrepreneurship, my own move to Spain and property investment. This is how RS Agency was created — a model that connects relocation, property purchase, renovation and investment in one clear process.
I was born and raised in Minsk, where I studied architecture. I worked at Minskinzhproekt and later at an interior design studio. Alongside architecture and interior design, I also painted and sold my art. Today, painting remains a personal passion.
Later, my husband and I moved to Kyiv, where I spent five years as an entrepreneur, developing my own clothing brand and an Italian fabric store.
In 2016, I visited the Costa del Sol for the first time and immediately felt it was the right place for me to live and grow, both personally and professionally.
RS Agency was founded in 2020 in response to requests from IT professionals in our network who were planning to move to Spain. We started by helping individual professionals and their families move to Spain, then grew to coordinate the relocation of entire IT companies. Property purchase and renovation naturally followed relocation, bringing me back to architecture in a new role.
Today, we guide clients from relocation and purchase through to the transformation of a property. We also invest in property ourselves and develop property flipping projects with our partners.
This is how the RS Agency model took shape: relocation, purchase, renovation and investment as one connected process.
